Dear Foodies,
I have made so many different varieties of fritter so I thought it would be a good idea to put them all together in one post. Some are healthy and some are not so healthy but one this is common that they all are very tasty and contagious…you can’t stop at one or two ππ€£ππ. I love to eat them when it is raining outside β or I would say snowing outside β. My husband and son are a big fan of pakodas (fritters). I don’t make it very often but when I do, I will prepare it using appe/appam pan (paniyaram pan) to make healthier version but once in while I don’t mind indulging in fried food. Some of these fritters are very famous street food in India. Few I made using leftover batter or cooked rice.
Let the drum roll begin…. πππ and check out the list below.
Whole Bean Vada in Appam Pan β Healthy Twist
Peas Potato Patties in Appam (No fry)
Non-Fried Potato Stuff Chili Pakoda (Fritter)
Aloo Palak/Potato Spinach Balls
Potato and Onion Fritter/Pakoda
