Hello Friends,
This is very easy to make gluten-free paratha. It is healthy and nutritious and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This recipe serves 2-3 people.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Bajra (pearl millet) floor – 1 cup
Jowar (white millet) flour – 1 cup
Soybean flour – 1/2 cup
Chopped cabbage – 1 cup
Chopped broccoli – 1 cup
Chopped coriander – 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Chili paste or finely chopped red or green chilies
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Procedure
1. Mix all the flours with finely chopped vegetables, chilies, cumin seeds, olive oil, salt and prepare the dough. Do not make very soft dough as cabbage leaves the water and dough will be even softer after few minutes.
2. Heat the pan on the stove and grease with oil. Carefully roll the paratha otherwise it will break.
3. When the pan is hot, slowly put the paratha on the pan. Cook the 1st side and flip it and add the 1 tsp oil. When lower side is cook then flip again and cook while pressing slowly with flat specula.
4. Serve the paratha with raita, pickle or chutney.
Enjoy this delicious paratha when it warm.
