Green Smoothie for Flat Belly

Dear Friends,

I saw this on one of the show and thought of giving a try. I think many people relate to when it comes to shrinking belly fat. It is the hardest to lose fat from belly. As we age, it gets harder. I am all for it and been drinking this almost everyday. I try to drink first thing in the morning but they said to drink every time when you feel hungry. The ingredients are easily available in the grocery store throughout the year. Recipe is asking for pear but I am using apple or pear alternatively. I am also adding avocado to add good fat.

Along with this veggie smoothie, you also have to watch the diet and do some exercise. I am also incorporating sprouted beans in my diet. I try to make bean salad with lots of veggies for my lunch. I feel better thinking that I am doing something good for my body.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 0 minutes

Celery stalks
Lemon juice
Few ice cubes


1. Wash, clean and cut veggies.

2. In a blender/mixer, blend everything to a smooth paste.

3. Serve this healthy, nutritious and refreshing cold smoothie immediately before it changes colour.
