Presenting super delicious bread pinwheels stuffed with black olives for appetizer.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Plain flour / All-purpose flour and wheat flour (half and half) – 2 cups
Salt to taste
Olive oil or any cooking oil – 2 tbsp.
Caravey seeds – 1 tsp
Dry yeast – 1 tsp
Pinch of sugar
Black olives – 1 can
Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
Pickled jalapeno – 5 to 6 rings
Crushed chills – ½ tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
1. Activate the yeast using warm water (do not use hot water), pinch of sugar, do not stir.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the dough (except filling ingredients) and make soft dough with warm water. Knead the dough properly and put it in a warm place to rise.
3. Make a fine paste with filling ingredients

Bake at 375F for 15 to 20 minutes
Enjoy the warm pinwheels.
