Dear friends,
I don’t think anyone would not like mango, but if you not into mango I am sure you will love this salsa :). I am a big fan of this fruit and it is in the season. I try to incorporate it in my recipes by making mango pickle, mango lassi or mango kulfi, mango chutney, etc. This time I decided to make mango salsa. In my house we are big fan of Mexican dishes. Since I had the mangoes lying around I decided to make salsa with it. This salsa is so simple to make but extremely refreshing and delicious. It’s nutritious, colourful, and can be eaten with not just Mexican food but any dishes.
