Vegetable Manchurian

Dear Friends,

My family loves Chinese food so I cook it very frequently. This dish is one of those which we never get tired of :). Any time I have few of these vegetables in my fridge, I prepare Vegetable Manchurian. It goes well with plain or vegetable fried rice. No matter how much I prepare, we never have leftover :P. This way I feed plenty of vegetables to my family. This recipe serves 3 people.

Cook on medium 2-3 minutes stirring every few seconds. When vegetables are slightly cooked, add sauce and mix well. Cook on low and stir continuously. If sauce dries out then add little water at a time. Cook on low for 4-5 minutes covering the lid. The sauce will be sticky and thick.
