Mango Pear Lassi

Dear Friends,

Mango lassi is well-known worldwide why not try some twist in it. We love different kinds of smoothie/lassi. Mango is one of the fruit I think everyone loves it and to add sweetness I have added banana. Seasonal fruits are a lovely addition to any smoothie. It is a perfect start to the day or power booster after heavy workout. This recipe makes 3 glassful.

It is sometimes hard to eat 4-5 serving of fruits per day (As per Canada Food Guide, adult and children need to eat 4-5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day), this way you can meet the daily requirement. Picky eater will also enjoy this lassi.

Preparation Time: less than 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 0 minutes
