Raita is an easy, simple to make and goes with lots of main dishes like Aloo paratha, spicy Indian pancakes, Biryani etc. The main thing is no cooking require, how fun is that?

Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Grated cucumber – 1 1/2 cup
Yogurt – 1 cup
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Chopped jalapeno/green chili – 1
Chopped coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
Chopped mint leaves – 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
1. Grate cucumber and squeeze out access water. Mix all the ingredients in bowl including yogurt and stir well. Add more yogurt if needed. Serve chilled.
Serve this refreshing raita with paratha, biryani or spicy pancakes.
