Black bean salad with just 4 ingredients. I had cooked beans at home so I was thinking of using it. Came up with this healthy refreshing salad. You can also use the readily available black bean in a cans.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Cooked black beans – 1 cup
Small chopped red pepper – 1
Avocado chopped in cubes – 1 cup
Salsa – 2 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander/Cilantro for garnishing
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add salt if you need and garnish with coriander/cilantro. You can also add veggies like lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion if you like.
