Easy Breakfast/Brunch Ideas for Mother’s Day

Happy Mother’s day to all mothers and mothers-to-be!!

Mother’s day is just around the corner so I decided to write this post. I am so far away from my mom who lives in India whom I only see every 2-3 years 😦 :(. She is always in my heart and I miss her a lot <3. My mother-in-law also  lives in India and she is the nicest person I know. She is a very lovely person who is so quiet and patient. Love you both moms ❤ ❤ .

This post is rather for children then mothers. We sometime forget that we are children first and then parents. We worry so much for our kids that we forget to give time and attention to our parents and in-laws. I remember growing up, we didn’t have too much money but my mom always manage to prepare something special on our birthdays, took us on small vacation or a day trip. She managed everything in less money and never complained.

I would urge everyone to do something special on this Mother’s day. Mothers doesn’t need expensive gifts or money, they need your time and attention. Do something so she feels as special as she makes you feel everyday. Remember the time you asked her to prepare something and she never refused no matter how busy or tired she was. On this day help her in chores or cook something for her. Being a mother of two, I enjoy when my kids do something for me. Once for Mother’s day my daughter and son-in-law came to my house and prepared dinner, that memory will last with me forever <3.

So here are some of the easy Breakfast/Brunch ideas to make your mom feel special <3.

I am a big fan of oatmeal and I eat this every single day. It is very healthy, easy to prepare (5 minutes) and has no sugar added. I am sure she will fall in love and will be her everyday breakfast.
