Oatmeal Banana Peanut Butter Bites

Dear Friends,

Thank you Gluten Free Vegetarians Do Eat for inspiring me to try this. I have made few variations to make these bites. Very easy to make and the best thing is, it has no added sugar and it’s gluten free!! These bites are slightly sweet, if you like it more sweet then add honey. You can also add nuts or shredded coconut to add more flavours. Young or adult, everyone will enjoy it.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Baking Time: Varies from 30-40 minutes depending on how thick layer while baking and oven performance.

Ingredients:
2 ripe banana mashed
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup quick oats
2 tbsp raisin
1 tbsp milk

1. Except raisins, blend everything food processor, few pulse at a time. Move the mixture in a bowl, mix raisins. Blend mixture

2. Spread parchment paper on cookie sheet. Spread oatmeal mixture evenly around 3/4 centimeter thick layer.  Spread mixture3. Heat oven at 350F. Bake it for 30-35 minutes until it is golden on the top. During the baking, make square cuts and then back again so all sides are baked properly. Bake4. When ready, let it cool down and enjoy with masala chai or coffee.
