Dear Friends,
This smoothie is quick and easy to make. It is extremely nutritious and refreshing. You can have it with breakfast, a perfect start for the day or after heavy workout. Picky eater will enjoy it too. Recently I have been making so many different varieties of smoothie. This recipe made three glassful.
Preparation Time: less than 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Ingredients:
1 mango (I used Mexican mango)
1/2 cup canned or fresh pineapple
1 cup orange juice
Few ice cubes
1 scoop Whey protein powder around 40 gm (Optional)
Procedure:
1. Remove mango skin, cut in big pieces and add to the blender jar. Add all other ingredients and few ice cubes. Blend it till it is smooth and frothy. I used Vitamix, it did the wonder.
2. In a minute, the best, soft, smooth, frothy, and very light smoothie is ready. It is like a soft scoop from Ice cream shop.
Must try this very easy to make smoothie anytime of the year. It will make you feel refreshed and energized. You can add honey if you like more sweet.
