This is perfect during this time of the year when plenty of apples are available in the market. It is quick, easy and extremely nutritious. This way you can make picky eater to eat fruits and vegetables. You can have it with breakfast or anytime of the day. I am using blender not a juicer so all the fiber remains in the juice and we all know the benefits of fiber for our digestive system.
Preparation Time: less than 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
1 apple cut in big pieces
2 carrots chopped in big cubes
Few Ice cubes and some water
1. Wash apple and carrot thoroughly. Cut apple and carrot in big pieces.
2. In a blender, first add half cup water and then chopped apple and carrot. Blend it to a smooth juice. Add water if needed to adjust consistency. Also add ice and blend till everything is smooth.
2. Serve this healthy, nutritious and refreshing cold juice immediately.
Must try this very easy to make juice anytime of the year and feel refreshed and energized. You can add honey if you like more sweet.
