We get lots of fruits during this time of the year. What is the better way to keep cool during this hot summer? of course, lassi with lots of fruits. This recipe serves 4 people.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
1 cup full of blue berries
2 nectarine, plums or peaches
1 ripe banana
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk or water
2. In a blender first add yogurt and then all the fruits, blend it. Add milk or water to adjust the consistency. Also add ice and blend till everything is smooth.
Tip: You can also add protein powder or chia seeds for added nutrition.
Must try this very easy to make berry nectarine lassi on hot summer day and feel refreshed and energized. You can add honey if you like more sweet.
