Exploring the fusion of sourdough bread with fresh basil and moringa leaves powder - are you ready to elevate your senses? Chinese Bhel — India’s delicious fusion! This is my leisurely dinner. Adding besan flour and spices to leftover rice, forming small balls and cooking them in chaas (yogurt) is an effortless yet delectable process. We refer to this dish as bhat na dabka, a favourite of mine to prepare on relaxed days. Breakfast perfection! Feeling so grateful for wonderful neighbours! Out of control dhokla batter. Home grown Purslane Fresh, tangy, and almost ready to harvest! The veggie grilled sandwich on homemade sourdough bread. This sandwich brings back Mumbai street food vibes; the 28% protein cottage cheese indeed makes it guilt-free.
