Garlic Chutney in 10 Seconds

This is recipe is courtesy of my daughter Dhvani.

With 2 small kids she doesn’t always have much time in hand to prepare fresh chutney from scratch. So on those days she makes this chutney in literally 10 seconds. She prepared it many times when she invited family or friends over and they all asked for the recipe. So she decided to share with everyone.

We keep all these ingredients at home all around the year. She just mixes them and then add some water. You can make thick or thin chutney based on your requirement. This goes well in any chat, vada pav or where you use garlic chutney. You can even keep the premix ready and carry while traveling. You just need water when you want to use it. I can guarantee you won’t find anything easier than this. Do try.

Preparation Time: 10 seconds

Cooking Time: 0 minutes


Water (2 tablespoons)
Salt (1 tablespoon)
Red chilli powder (1 tablespoon)
Garlic powder (1 tablespoon)


In a bowl mix everything and add water as per your requirement.

The delicious chutney is ready to be served!
