Dry Paneer Tikka

Dear Friends,

Presenting dry Paneer Tikka, spicy tangy vegetable is so flavorful and delicious, I am sure it won’t last longer. This recipe feeds around 5 people.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

Paneer – 300 gm
Small onion – 1
Red and green pepper – 1 each
Strained / Thick yogurt – 1 1/2 cups
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Kolhapuri masala – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green chilies finely chopped – 1 to 2
Oil for cooking
Salt to taste

Procedure

1. Prepare marinate by mixing yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, Kolhapuri masala, ginger garlic paste.

2. Cut paneer in 1 inch rectangular cubes, 1 onion in big pieces layer separated and also cut green and red pepper in a big cubes.

3. Soak all vegetable pieces and paneer cubes in marinate for 2-3 hours.

4. Heat a not stick pan, add 1 tbsp of oil and saute paneer and all the vegetables few pieces at a time. Saute until it is gold brown from all the sides. Do not overcrowd the pan.

5. Serve dry paneer tikka as an appetizer when it is hot with mint chutney or green chutney on side.
