I have been making it for long time and everyone who tasted it loved it ❤. Recently I prepared for appetizer for friends get together at my house. I baked it at the end and pulled it out from oven and served immediately to the guests. They all absolutely loved it! This recipe needs few ingredients to make it. I am using pizza dough to make this bread. You can either prepare pizza dough from scratch or buy ready-made dough.

After leaving Pizza dough in warm place for 2 hours

3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pinch of salt.

4. Prepare cake pan first by rubbing butter and dust with dry flour. I am using bundt cake pan which gives nice shape to the bread when ready.

5.  When dough doubles in size, knead the dough one more time. Make golf ball size balls, roll these balls in to oil mixture one at a time and twist it using both hands. Then arrange it in cake pan. Cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise for 1 hour in warm place.

6. Heat the oven at 375 C. Bake the bread for around 12-15 minutes or until completely baked and see the brown crust on the top. The house will be bursting with flavours. Check with tooth pick if it comes out clean.

7. When pan cools down slightly, flip the bread in a plate and serve immediately You can grates some cheese on top when bread is still hot. Guests can pull one bread at a time. It is crusty from outside and very soft from inside. Believe me this will be a BIG hit! Just make sure you make extra 😜😃.

You can add layer of grated mozzarella cheese while arranging balls in the pan before baking. You can also add grated fresh garlic in stead of garlic powder in olive oil. There are endless possibilities how you like to season these twists. You can speed up the process by using store bought pizza dough. Or just follow the recipe and I can assure you that it will be the best tasting twists.
