Dear Friends,
This smoothie is quick, easy and extremely nutritious. You can have it with breakfast, a perfect start for the day. Picky kids will enjoy it without realizing they ate fruit. This is also perfect for cooling in hot summer days.
Preparation Time: less than 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Ingredients:
1 apple cut in big pieces
1 pear cut in big pieces
1 banana cut in big pieces
Procedure:
1. Wash apple and pear thoroughly. Cut apple, pear and banana in big pieces.
2. In a blender, first add half cup water and then chopped fruit. Blend it to a smooth juice. Add water if needed to adjust consistency. Also add ice and blend till everything is smooth.
3. Serve this healthy, nutritious and refreshing cold smoothie immediately.
Must try this very easy to make juice anytime of the year. It will make you feel refreshed and energized. You can add honey if you like more sweet.

Hi Bharti, yes they do but in moderation. My dietitian suggested to eat protein like peanuts or chana with anything sweet. It helps sugar to digest slowly. Thanks for stopping by!!
