Banana Peanuts Kulfi

Dear Friends,

This is the easiest kulfi you will ever make, that’s right! It will take 5 minutes of your time to prepare. It is so healthy and sugar-free, you wouldn’t mind eating second. I have made this kulfi using only 3 ingredients, you heard it right….only 3 ingredients and no cooking. Kids will love it and adult will enjoy it. Make for your next gathering and I am sure you will get a lot of complements without putting much effort, that is my kind of food 😉 ;).

The idea of making this kulfi came to my mind when I was talking to my boss and she was talking about her childhood days. Thanks to her for inspiring me to try this dish.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 0 minutes

Ingredients:
2-3 banana mashed
1/2 cup peanuts roasted and crushed
1/2 cup dry coconut shredded
Few very small paper cups
Ice cream sticks

Procedure:

1. In a bowl, mix together mashed banana, roasted crushed peanuts and shredded coconut. Mix well.

2. Fill the mixture in small paper cups. Breaks ice cream sticks from one end slightly before inserting it in the middle of ice cream. Ice cream is now ready, freeze it for 2-3 hours before eating.

3. Enjoy this as a desert or in the hot afternoon. Roasted peanuts and coconut makes it very flavourful.
